At music.Journeyy, every order is packed with care. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

However, if your item arrives damaged or something’s not right, we got you. Just email us a quick video showing the issue within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
